Friday I visited GEMMA store, relocated in the basement of Karoline Concha Ramult´s beautiful house in the countryside, near to Råa.
The store is cosy, romantic, pastel, with a large range of exclusive brands, chosen with taste and delicatess.

New Stories to tell....Other stories

Today we are back to Fashion with the newly swedish coming store "Other Stories "
Modern, minimalist, graphique, ready-to wear, accessories, shoes....all concept in one store inspired of Fashion stories. Desginer in a atelier in Paris and in Stockholm build the coming trend for a urbain, classy young activ woman.
The first store have opened in Stockholm and London then will Berlin, Paris, Copenhagen, Milano, Barcelona...

KonstRundan Part II

On the way up to Torekov we stopped at Carl Åhrberg exhibition, photographies. We came in a coffe place, small, cosy with a beautiful carpet hanging on the wall and, multicolor pillows and ceramic table Charming place.

Next stop was TANT GRÖN (LADY GREEN)

Food delicatess, unfortunatly I couldn´t take pictures there and it is a pity because it was amazing, oliv oil, crakers from italy, caramel beurre salé and other good product from France (rillettes de maquerau, candies...) and 30 DIFFERENT CHEESE so it smeled really bad when we came in. Most of the cheese were french, some spanish and italian. I could´nt hold me to buy some. I took Brillart Savarin, Comté and I tasted a Green cheese from Holland : wasabi cheese, it was wierd but fine, I would say afterall that I will not buy more of it. 

I warmly recommand to go and see the shop. Next to Tant Grön, there is a clothing store with classic nice garment, boomerang mainly. I didn´t spend much time there as I was attended to continue the trip. 

To finish we went to Sven Lingardsz, in the countryside, not far from Båstad.  A typical farm house, with 3 parts. I couldn´t take pictures there either but it was amazing paintings, objects, graphism. We talked with his daughter and his wife and we are invited to a Vernissage in July!! I am so excited and will not miss it.

KonstRunda i Skåne- Art Tour in Scania 2013

Finally spring heat Scania and it is 1st of April. The sun is shinning all day and we take the car with my husband, my  mother in law and her cousin to drive around randomly and discover the local artist.

The KONSTRUNDAN ( literally ARTROUND); during 9 days, artist open the doors of their house, atelié to the public, so you can actually talk and see arts as paintings, sculpture, jewelery, textile, glas... this is very entertaining and the chance to discover amazing art!

The first stop was at Michel and Irmtraud Paillard in Förslöv where they produce polyester, ceramic and bronze sculptures. Very inpressive, colorful, inspiring, round, sharp, shiny.
Art outside and inside. Michel is french and Irmtraud is german and have lived in Sweden for long time, I think 20 years. They invited us for "apéritif" with Pastis and some crakers. Very lovey people, warm and interesting so is their art.

Anecdot:  Michel told us when they moved in this house, a neighbor came to say hi and welcome them in the neighborhood, laughing, he asked if he could turn the lady on the other side! ah ah..

Elegant but casual with the buttons, I like the golden sock with golden shoes. Makes this outfitt twisted.
