Kyoto day 1

We took the train for Kyoto on friday 11th May. The famous Shinkansen train, it was easier to find our way than we thought. First exchange the JR rail pass then get the ticket to Kyoto.
It is very well organized, the coach number and the queue to enter the coach. The space for legs is huge, not that japanese people are tall but it is convenient.
After 2,5 hours of train, we came to Kyoto, much calm and traditionnal city, the street are parallele so easy to find your way. Very big city.
we arrived to Sakura Ryokan, typical japanese house, very clean and calm , not so many room, mainly tourist. The personal speaks very good english and is nice and service mind.
